Brushed Granite, what tools needed?

We stock over 55 Colors (http://www.g640.net) in our warehouse, but customer bought her own product at a nearby yard.

We got the price of the Material (http://g654.org) , bid on the job, accepted deposits, and (http://maplered.com) learned afterward that the slab is brushed (black absolute).

The last brushed job we tried 3 years ago was only so-so. What's worked for you guys.
